Are you working with clients who are living with a terminal/chronic illness, clients in oncology, palliative and/or aged care? Would you like to learn how to safely provide massage therapy?

This workshop includes:
The importance and significance of touch.
An understanding of the therapeutic benefits of Massage.
How carers can incorporate "therapeutic" touch within their role.
Skills to safely provide a non-demanding hand & foot massage.
This workshop was developed by and is facilitated by Gillian Jackson.
Gillian has conducted this workshop for volunteers at MND Victoria, Melbourne City Mission Palliative Care and Banksia Palliative Care.
No prior massage experience necessary.
Morning & afternoon tea will be provided.
Dress for comfort with additional layers if you feel the cold.
